How often should the pool water be tested?

With the normal operation of the filtration equipment and the correct use of water care products, the quality of the water in the pool should not deteriorate. Ideally, the water should be tested weekly.

How often should my pool be serviced?

Servicing the pool weekly is the best choice for most pools.

What to do if the water in the pool has a rusty tint?

Most likely the reason is the high content of dissolved ferrous iron in the water. When oxidized, iron becomes trivalent and we observe it in the form of rust.

What does pool maintenance mean?

The very concept of pool maintenance includes many different activities. Such activities include regular water analysis, cleaning out skimmer and pool debris, cleaning and replacing the filter, cleaning the saltwater generator if applicable, shocking or adding chlorine, and inspecting the pool and equipment.

Do you service customers who don't have a screened in pool?

Many pool cleaning companies refuse service when there is no screening around the pool. We do not.

What if I have dogs?

We are dog friendly, but we prefer you keep your pets inside while we’re performing service. If you forget to bring your pets inside, we will call you to notify you and reschedule service if needed.

Can I change my regular service day?

We try to be flexible, so if you give us a call, we’ll see what day fits and reschedule you.
